Even if you can't make it to the Latvian capital for the annual Riga city festival, you will be able to join in via cyberspace, the municipality has announced. 

Live streams of various events from Friday thru Sunday will be available at the city council's official webpage HERE. 

And if you are going to make it to Riga, remember that several road closures will be in effect, particularly along 11 November embankment. On the other hand, public transport (buses, trolleybuses and trams, but not trains) will be available to everyone free of charge on both August 19 and 20.
