Taking a leaf from the FBI's well known 'most wanted' playbook, Europol, which brings together national police forces across the continent, has drawn up a list of fugitives to whom it would like to show the inside of a cell and a welcoming judge.
Making the roll call of desperadoes is baby-faced drug smuggler DMITRIJS TIŠČENKO. According to his profile he has been on the lam in the wake of a 2013 drugs bust that saw him and associates obtaining large amounts of metamphetamine in Riga.
Also on the list is another Latvian drug smuggler, VJACESLAVS MAKARZECKIS and armed robber ALEKSANDRS KOZULEVS.

The special summer campaign even features cheeky postcards to the fugitives from their number one fans at the cop shop. In Dmitrijs' case it reads:
Dear Dmitrijs,
You decided to leave us, but we need you to come back. Our country has so much to offer a man like you.
Bye,
The police.
If you do happen to see any of the terrible trio wandering around, or wish to give a tip-off to police, you can do so via the dedicated most wanted website or, of course, by simply calling the police.
