Ukraine's Independence Day
On Saturday, August 24, an event "United for Ukraine", dedicated to Ukraine's Independence Day, will be held in Vērmanes Garden, Rīga. The event will start at 12:00 and last until 18:00. It will open with a festive concert featuring well-known local and Ukrainian artists.
You will have the opportunity to listen to music, taste Ukrainian national dishes, and take part in activities such as drone-controlling workshop. You may also bring donations to Ukraine with you.

LNSO Summer Cottage
The annual Latvian National Symphony Orchestra's festival "LNSO Summer Cottage" takes place in Latgale this year, Rēzekne's "Gors" hall. The festival consists of three concerts, staging Beethoven's Fifth (August 23), Mahler's Third (August 24) and Sympho-Ethno-Jazz (August 25).
Two other events – "Painting Sounds" and "A musical dream: A Japanese Fairytale" are also held August 25 during the day.

Ezīšfests
The summer, as is traditional, concludes with the annual Ezīšfests (Hedgehog Fest) at the popular venue "Ezītis Miglā". Ezītis has multiple branches throughout Latvia, but the fest will take place in Rīga, Tallinas Creative Quarter.
On August 24, the stage will be taken by Singapūras Satīns, Mauku Sencis & Grandmasters Neons, Kurts, Mauzoleju Muuzika, Sever, Žoržs Siksna , Čipsis un Dullais, Inokentijs Mārpls , PND, Audiokvartāls, Athodi Brīnumzemē, Indygo, Jūdas graši and others.
