Feature films, documentaries, animated films and student films completed after January 1, 2019, which have not been submitted to Lielais Kristaps 2019, are eligible.
Film evaluation takes place in two rounds: until the end of September, experts select nominees, whereas during the ceremony an international jury will select winners of 6 categories and 17 professional categories.
The events and award ceremony will take place from November 13 to 16 this year.
