Before it had been decided that only people who have been vaccinated against or had Covid-19 would be able to attend public events. The government decided to allow people who are able to show a negative test result will also be allowed to attend events.
As of June 15 public events such as concerts, cinema, theater shows will be attended by people who:
- are vaccinated against Covid-19;
- have had Covid-19 during the last half-year;
- have carried out a Covid-19 test in the last 48 hours and it is negative;
- have carried out the Covid-19 rapid antigen test over the past 6 hours and it is negative.
All those situations will have to be proven by the digital Covid-19 certificate on entry. Children under 12 years of age will also be able to attend events with their parents and will not have to undergo a test.
State will pay for the Covid-19 tests until August 1, 2021. For children under 18 years of age, the Covid-19 test will be paid from the State budget until September 1, 2021.
Organizers must comply with the following requirements:
- check that visitors have a Covid-19 certificate;
- face masks must be used by both employees and visitors (excluding children below 7 years of age);
- provide personalized seats (no more than two persons from different households may be present in adjacent seats and no more than four persons from one household);
- crowding must not be allowed;
- indoor events cannot be longer than 4 hours (after 2 hours there must be a break of 15 minutes for the ventilation of the premises);
- no more than 300 people may be present indoors and up to 500 people may be present outdoors.
