Open-air party in Viesturdārzs
Latvians have a long-established tradition to meet up outdoors for music and dance, the so-called zaļumballe (lit. green party). One exactly like that is hosted in Rīga, Viesturdārzs, on Friday August 26, 19:00 to 23:00. Dance music will be provided by Jakob Noiman Festival Band, and later by chief editor of Satori, Henriks Eliass Zēgners. Refreshments will also be available to cool down between all that dancing.
Ezīšfests
For the 10th year in a row, summer-farewell urban festival "Ezīšfests" is taking place at the famous pub and restaurant "Ezītis Miglā". This year it takes place August 27-28 at Tallinas Ielas kvartāls (Tallinas Street Square). Several stages and more than 20 musicians, as well as other activities will cater to every taste.

Chamber music on a Summer night
From Friday to Sunday, August 26 to 28, the art gallery Zuzeum will host a nightly chamber music event, each with its own atmosphere. More information on Zuzeum's event.
