The duo will take the mood of significant moments and turn them into rich sound stories, sometimes with lyrics, sometimes instrumentally, the festival organizers promise.
The concert program will also be enriched by the project "SkaņuSaite", which tells stories about musical traditions in Latvia and around the world.
On July 26, an extensive program of concerts and films will take place at the K. K. von Stricka Villa in Riga from 18:00. The first part will feature Laura Cortese & Bert Ruymbeek (Belgium/USA), the second part - Pulsa Efeks & Leila Alijeva with their varied performances and musical compositions. The festival will close with the Bani Hill Band from Georgia.
Film lovers will be treated to musical films from the SoundSite series. The hosts and researchers of the programs are musician, composer Miķelis Putniņš and singer, composer and artistic director of the Saulkrasti mixed choir "Anima" Laura Leontjeva.
