State President Edgars Rinkēvičs will address those present at the concert dedicated to the national holiday. Also, three young people will give their holiday speeches to the people of Latvia on the stage of the Latvian National Theater - winners of a student creative competition.
The program of the concert dedicated to the 106th anniversary of the proclamation of the Republic of Latvia is intended to depict the connection of Latvian theater, music and poetry with the diverse cultural scenes of Latvia's friends and allies.
The concert will feature pieces from well-known Latvian plays and musicals.
