From August 5 to 7, the twelfth music and art festival “Laba Daba” will take place, returning after two years of silence due to the pandemic, organizers said.

“After a two-year break, the “Laba Daba” festival is returning with a diverse program to continue to delight visitors from different generations,” the organizers revealed. There will be more than fifty musicians and DJs and at least ten theatrical performances, poetry readings, a wide cinema program, creative workshops, sports games, bow shooting, craft markets, petting zoo, nursery, and other developments.

Legendary rock bands Pienvedēja piedzīvojumi, Inokentijs Mārpls, Zig Zag, and Baložu pilni pagalmi have already been announced as the main acts. Several foreign guests are expected to be announced in the coming weeks, including from Tanzania, Israel, Ukraine, and Germany.

The latest news about the festival are found on the website.
