The classes are suitable for everyone, regardless of age, gender or physical condition, and have no weather limits.
Free training is carried out in 15 places – Āgenskalns, Daugavgrīva, Dzegužkalna parks, Grīziņkalns, Imanta, Jugla, Maskavas forštate, Mežaparks, Purvciems, Skanste, Šampēteris, Vecmīlgrāvis, Ziedoņdārzs, Ziepniekkalns and Zolitūde.
The classes are led by certified coaches. The duration of one class is 60 minutes, which includes warm-up, active part and cooldown. Clothing and footwear must be selected according to the weather conditions.
