The bank said it is currently finalizing the last operational tests of the service.
"From day one, customers will have access to a range of innovative financial products, as well as all of the bank's core services. Indexo bank's goal is to promote competition in the Latvian financial market, both in daily services and lending," the bank said.
As reported earlier by LSM, Indexo, until now an investment management company offering 2nd and 3rd pillar pension plans in Latvia, got licensed as a bank in May this year.
This was the first banking license in Latvia issued after Latvia's accession to the euro area.
