Titled "Baltic Startup", it is produced by the Dienas Bizness newspaper, the information technology company Accenture and the Latvian Investment and Development Agency (LIAA) and describes itself as "the only printed magazine on new Baltic new enterprises".
Estonia-based startup magazine Co-Founder has been running since 2014 but covers startups across Europe and beyond, not just in the Baltic states.
Unlike Co-Founder, Baltic Startup is not itself a startup business, being funded by Accenture and European Regional Development Funds rather than sales or subscriptions.
The magazine is available to download in English for free from Dienas Bizness HERE.
