The ambitious Satekle office complex will be located in Central Rīga close to the railway passenger station and the Origo One shopping mall between Elizabetes, Ernest Birzniekas-Upīša, Dzirnavu and Satekles streets.
The 12,000 m2 Satekle Business Center office complex includes a total of five buildings, with the main building of the complex having seven floors. SEB Banka has already been confirmed as the anchor tenant and will move its Latvian head office to the location.
