“According to data available to the shopping center, last year a positive trend was observed in the number of purchases, which, compared to 2021, increased by 45%. Furthermore, turnover increased across all major product categories – clothing and footwear, technology, cosmetics and perfumery, sports and hobbies, as well as in the restaurant segment, which means that consumers are starting to return to their normal lives,” said Iveta Priedīte, Manager of Spice and Spice Home shopping centres.

In addition it was said that EUR 3.8 million has been invested into an interior renovation project and a total of EUR 9 million is to be invested in the project in total, which will be completed in the summer.
