The building dates back to 1830 and can be converted into offices, a hotel, or adapted for residential use.
The starting bid was EUR 1.1 million and the auction bid was EUR 10,000.
The building at Miesnieku Street 11 was built in 1830 and improved by architects Edgars Slavietis and Pēteris Eglājs in the first reconstruction, which took place in 1968.
"The five-story building, with a total area of 1,439.6 square metres, boasts authentic historical charm - exposed brick walls, original wooden beams, as well as high ceilings and elegant spiral staircases give this property a particularly historic aura," VNĪ described the building.
