The Ministry of Justice said that the final tenders submitted by the applicants show that the jobs included in the procurement of Citrus Solutions are offered for a total of EUR 128.8 million without value added tax (VAT), while the other applicant AS “UPB” – for EUR 141.48 million without VAT.
Therefore, on September 26 the Procurement Commission decided on the award of the procurement contract to Citrus Solutions, with a contract amount of EUR 125.8 million (excluding VAT), subtracting the amount for maintenance of EUR 2.97 million for 60 months.
The construction of the new prison is given 34 months after the contract is signed.
