The average two room flat in Ķekava municipality would fetch as much as €50,193 while a similar property in Rīga would set one back an estimated €29,499.
The data say flats come as cheap as €1,070 in the Krustpils municipality.
Properties seem to be most expensive inside or near the capital, however Valmiera, which is seeing a property shortage, is the third-most expensive city (€16,189 for a two room flat) after Rīga and the Jūrmala resort town (€28,470).
