Driving conditions are difficult on the main roads A1, A2, A3, A4, A6, A9, A10, A12, A13, A14, A15, P80. On regional roads, driving is difficult everywhere except around Bauska, Dobele, Jelgava, Liepāja, Rīga, Saldus, and Ventspils.
44 road sections currently have tonnage limits imposed due to thaw. 10 tonnes is the maximum weight of the vehicle on those sections. The map of those roads is available here.
