Bordāns criticized several political parties for their actions and for not wanting to analyze the government declaration and estimates offered by the New Conservative Party.
That means that Latvia will not have a "government of change" for some time still, said Bordāns, adding that the New Conservative Party had been hard at work from day one, and prepared several documents that could have formed the basis of the government's declaration.
For Development/For postponed its meeting with the New Conservative Party and today, without even acquainting themselves with the altered government's action plan, announced that it was withdrawing from the government formation talks. New Unity then did the same, said Bordāns.
Bordāns has already telephoned the President's Chancery to arrange a meeting with Vējonis and explain him the current situation.
As reported, For Development/For, the National Alliance and New Unity have decided not to participate in further government formation talks led by Bordāns.
