For nine days, the youth teams will discuss and work on finding solutions to problematic issues on the agenda of the European Union, such as automation in the labor market, modern transport development and the use of drones in military conflicts.
The European Youth Parliament is a peer-to-peer educational program for young people from across Europe which encourages them to be "open-minded, tolerant and active citizens".
The EYP is funded by Germany's Schwarzkopf Foundation and its patrons include European Commission President Ursula von der Leyen.
