Sources told LTV Rubesa will appear second on the ticket after politics expert Ivars Ijabs, while Ilvesa will appear as the third ticket.
It is expected that on February 23 a party conference will introduce the candidates and that former Estonian president Toomas Hendrik Ilves, the husband of Ieva Ilvesa, is to participate too.
