During his visit, Kagame will meet with the highest officials of Latvia – President Edgars Rinkēvičs, Speaker of the Saeima Daiga Mieriņa and Prime Minister Evika Siliņa.
During the visit a commemorative plaque dedicated to the victims of the 1994 Rwandan genocide against the Tutsi will be unveiled at the National Library of Latvia.
