"In order to help Ukraine gain superiority in the field of drone capabilities, as well as promote the creation of secure supply chains for drone components and develop the production of drone systems in NATO member states, we need to promote the activity of the Drone Coalition and facilitate the exchange of information on innovations in the field of drones," said Sprūds without specifying the date of the summit.
"The holding of the international Drone Summit in Latvia will serve as a platform where the leadership of the coalition, experts of unmanned aerial vehicles from different countries, representatives of countries and the industry as a whole can meet. In this way, we will create an opportunity to cooperate and organize joint projects in the future specifically in the field of unmanned aerial vehicles, in order to implement targeted deliveries of drones to Ukraine, in accordance with its current needs," said Sprūds.
