Of that number 87 were unvaccinated persons and 20 were vaccinated.

Of 7,759 tests carried out in the past 24 hours, 1.4% were positive.
The 14-day cumulative infection rate per 100,000 inhabitants rose from 55.8 Wednesday to 57.9 Thursday.

No additional Covid-related deaths were confirmed so the death toll since the start of the pandemic stays at 2,561.
There are currrently 60 patients being treated for Covid-related symptoms in Latvia's hospitals. Of that number 13 are displaying serious symptoms.
On August 11 a total of 3,673 patients received a first vaccine dose and 2,255 received a second dose. 712,336 people have now completed a course of vaccination.
Meanwhile, in Estonia 378 new Covid cases were registered Thursday and in Lithuania 599 new cases were recorded.
