The total number of cases since the start of the pandemic now stands at 13,693.
7,975 tests were carried out in the previous 24-hours of which 5.7% were positive, up slightly on the 5.1% rate the previous day.

So far 1,651 patients have recovered from infection and 175 have died.
On November 24, Estonia reported 204 new cases of coronavirus while Lithuania reported 1,169 cases and 17 deaths
On November 23, the 14-day cumulative number of COVID-19 cases per 100,000 of population was 261.7 in Latvia, 799.8 in Lithuania and 271.1 in Estonia, according to data from the European Centre for Disease Prevention and Control.
