Over 100,000 people have had both jabs in Latvia

Vaccination cycle against Covid-19 has completed for 101,358 people or 5.37% of Latvia's population, according to the National Health Service data, LETA reported May 14.

This week, vaccination rates remained high, with the number of people vaccinated in one day exceeding 15,000. However, it was less than last week, when one-day vaccination records were set with nearly 21,000 people vaccinared on May 6.

359,084 people or 19.01% of the population have received the first shot, but a total of 101,358 or 5.37% have concluded the vaccination process, including 1,927 people getting the Johnsons & Johnson vaccine, which has only one dose. 

In total, 460,442 injections had been carried out in the country by Thursday.
