The total death toll since the beginning of the pandemic stands at 5,836. The two latest victims were aged over 60 years.
Tuesday hospital data from the National Health Service (NVD) show 126 patients being treated in hospitals, 6 of whom are displaying serious Covid symptoms.

If you have been fully vaccinated against Covid-19, or you have fully recovered from a confirmed case of it, you can obtain a digital certificate attesting to your status at the website https://covid19sertifikats.lv.
