Vaccination also available at shopping malls in Latvia

As of Friday, June 18, vaccination against Covid-19 has also been taking place at special vaccination points located in shopping malls, according to the Ministry of Health (VM).

The plan to set up 25 vaccination points in malls throughout Latvia. An average of 300 individuals per day can be vaccinated at each mall.

As of Friday, June 18, vaccination services are available on the 6th floor of the Galleria Riga mall, on the 1st floor of the Galerija Centrs, and on the 1st floor of the Domina mall.

From Monday, June 21, vaccination points are open on the 1st floor of the Alfa mall, on the 1st floor of the Akropole mall and in Liepāja, at the XL Sala mall.

From June 28, the vaccination point at the Riga Plaza mall will also open.

In the near future, vaccination points will be opened at “Origo”, “Olimpia”, “Sāga”, “Sky & More”, “Mols”, “Spice”, “Ozols”, “Korso” in Jurmala, “Ditton House” in Daugavpils, said VM.

The service is available both with prior registration and without. It is planned that vaccination will also be available at open-air fairs throughout Latvia.
