Vaccination bureau forced to work remotely due to Covid case

The vaccination project bureau of the Ministry of Health, set up three weeks ago, will be working remotely for the next 14 days because a Covid-19 infection has been detected in one of the office's employees. 

Ieva Stūre, the communication coordinator of the bureau, disclosed the infromation via her Twitter account February 13.

In January, the Ministry of Health formed the core of the Vaccination Project Bureau team, which employs five professionals with experience in the implementation of national and international activities. The vaccination office is headed by the former Executive Director of the Song and Dance Festival Eva Juhņēviča, the vaccination process coordinator is Pēteris Rimšs, the office communication coordinator is Ieva Stūre, the office information technology coordinator is Māris Dreimanis, and the office project logistics coordinator is Armīns Kalniņš. Voluntary IT coordination is provided by Krists Avots, SIA “Tet” digital transformation director.
