81% of Latvian residents have some sort of New Year's resolution for the next year, according to a Swedbank survey.

The most popular resolutions by residents include living a healthier lifestyle (38%) and renovating their homes 32%).

Other popular resolutions include going on a long anticipated holiday (29%), eating healthier (29%) and obtaining new skills (25%).

Meanwhile, 19% of residents have not given themselves any New Year's resolution next year, so that they would not become ashamed of themselves.
