Enterprise Register introduces virtual assistant

Take note – story published 5 years ago

On June 13 the Enterprise Register launched the Una virtual assistant, who provides support (in Latvian) for people who want to find out more about establishing and dissolving companies, reports LTV.

Una is available both at the Enterprise Register website and on its Facebook page, albeit only in Latvian.

Asking her a few questions, LSM learned that Una is 28, lives at the Enterprise Register building in central Rīga with windows opening on Kr. Barona street. It is difficult for Una to pick just one favorite color.

While text-only communication is available currently, Latvian Radio's Sandra Glāzupa will lend her voice for a possible speech option to be introduced in the future.

But for those of you who can't use Una, LSM has a handy English-language guide to setting up one's own company in Latvia
