Three people are confirmed as killed and a dozen injured as police continue to hunt for the gunman in the city.
Prime Minister Māris Kučinskis, Foreign Minister Edgars Rinkēvičs and Saeima speaker Ināra Mūrniece all offered messages of support to the French people.
