Monday and Tuesday should pass without precipitation, mainly clear skies meaning the night will be cool, with frost in places, but during the day the air will warm up to from +12 Celsius to +16 C.
Rain is expected in places on Tuesday night into Wednesday, and a south-easterly or southerly wind will intensify, gusting at around 15 meters per second, but it will also become warmer as Wednesday progresses with temperatures rising as high as +14 C to +19 C.
It will be a similar case on Thursday, and may even be a degree or so warmer, so in some places in the south of the country the thermometer could temporarily reach the +20 degree mark.
Friday will likely bring another change. Colder air will begin to flow into Latvia and the maximum temperature will be +16 Celsius. There will also be rain in many places.
During the weekend, the weather will become a couple of degrees cooler again with occasional rain.
