The Center notes that the weather will be warm throughout the new week, with sun and clouds, but rain is expected in parts of Latvia starting from Tuesday, July 23.
Fog and haze will impair visibility on some nights due to light winds.
Temperatures on Monday will rise to +27 C to +29 C during the daylight hours.
During the first half of the working week, the clouds will be interspersed with sunshine. Temperatures will remain in the range of +12 C to +19 C degrees at night and warm up to +24 C to +29 C during the day, with cooler air as usual in coastal areas and Kurzeme, where temperatures are expected to be in the range of +21 C to +25 C.
Clouds will increase in the middle of the week, bringing rain in many areas, including heavy rain and thunderstorms. Slow winds will persist. Night temperatures are expected to be +15 C to +19 C, with daytime temperatures in most parts of the country mostly in the +22 C to +27 C range.
The current forecast is for no significant change over the weekend, with rain expected every day in parts of Latvia, and some sunshine. Air temperatures will remain in the 15-19 degree range at night, rising to 27 degrees during the day.
