Frost has been observed in Allaži, Sigulda municipality, as well as in places of Cēsis and Ropaži municipalities.
According to the Latvian Environment, Geology, and Meteorology Center, the lowest temperature at grass height of the grass was in Skrīveri, at +2 C.
On the other hand, the observation station of the Latvian State Roads registered a temperature of +1.2 C in Cēsis municipality Melturi.
