Sunday will be slightly warmer and sunnier in Latvia

On Sunday, the weather will be somewhat warmer and sunnier than it has been the rest of the week, according to forecasts by LSM's weatherman Toms Bricis.

On Saturday the sky will be mostly cloudy, and it will still be raining in many places.

The night will be warm - a minimum air temperature of +12 C to +15 C, and the air will warm to between +15 C and +20 C in the day, places in Vidzeme up to +22 C.

On Sunday, the sky will be clearer, and in most parts of the country, the day will pass completely without rainfall. At night the temperature will drop down to the range of +9 C to +14 C, coastal +15 C to +16 C, during the day temperatures will reach +17 C to +22 C.

Similar weather conditions will remain at least until September 1, and on the morning of the first school day, there are hopes that there will be no rain in most of the country. It will get considerably cooler afterwards.
