It'll be colder at nights however, with 0..-5C across the country and down to -8C in Vidzeme and Latgale on Wednesday.
Cloudy skies and precipitation - rain and wet snow - are also in the forecast for the week.
The weekend will be windy and rainy but warm.
Spring flood is expected to bring flooding in some rivers in Latvia's west.
