On the night to Thursday, there will be a frost in the east of the country and snow is expected, but the thaw will take over all of Latvia in the course of the day, with temperatures reaching 0 C to +4 C.
On Friday, a strong north-west wind is expected, on the coast around 20 meters per second, the air temperature will be close to zero throughout Latvia, snow, lower in Vidzeme and Latgale.
On the night to Saturday, the wind will subside but will grow stronger on Saturday afternoon. The strongest gusts are expected on Sunday when on the coast the wind will rise to 25-30 m/s, elsewhere around 20 m/s.
