There will be a moderate north-west wind, slow in the evening, only on the coast in Kurzeme it will intensify again in the evening, gusting over 10 metres per second.
The maximum air temperature in Kurzeme and the central part of the country will be between 0 C and 3 C, but in the east it will be frosty, down to -4 C. Temperatures in Rīga will be around zero.
