"One of the most important events is Gvido Kajons' exhibition. He's known as a black&white photography expert. This exhibition is dedicated to Riga in the 21st century. Those are texts on pillar ads, city lights and reflections in puddles - these are texts Rigans have written in the city's memory card," said the head of NOASS Dzintars Zilgalvis.
While Adelīna Draviņa's American Dream, also on show at the gallery, showcase her travels across America in a 21,000 km journey.
The old gallery will showcase an exhibition dedicated to Ramuss, a non-conformist painter and the initiator of the Hare Krishna movement in Latvia suppressed during the Soviet era.
On the evening of May 17 the gallery will resound with the Ezeri band accompanied by DJ Roberts Gobziņš. Musical events will be held each Wednesday at the gallery throughout the season.
