Norwegian resumes flights from Riga

As of Friday, July 3, scheduled international flights from and to Riga International Airport are resumed by the Norwegian low-cost airline “Norwegian”, airport representatives said on July 3.

The first “Norwegian” flight from Riga will take place to the Norwegian capital, Oslo, and in future the airline aircraft will travel to this destination twice a week from Riga on Mondays and Fridays.

Starting next week, it will be possible to travel from Riga to more than 40 destinations. Six airlines have resumed scheduled international passenger services from Riga - the Latvian national airline airBaltic, the German airline Lufthansa, the Finnish air carrier Finnair, the Irish low-price carrier Ryanair, the Hungarian low-price airline Wizz Air, and Norwegian.
