Titled 'ABC of Latvia' (or so the translation tells us, as мы не говорим по-русски), the series has been created by Russian-language journalist Aleksejs Dunda and is intended to encourage Russian-speakers to explore and enjoy the country in which they live.

A few years ago, something along similar lines was published for English speakers, as reported by LSM at the time, though it is no longer available.
