Take note – story published 8 years and 5 months ago

The traffic cops of all three Baltic states are staging a raid on Thursday during which the drivers' safety habits will be monitored, reported LETA.

The drivers' use of safety devices - child car seats and safety belts - will be examined along with the wear conditions of tires.

Ance Rozīte of the State Police said that the raid will be staged throughout the day across the Baltic states.

The head cops from Latvia, Lithuania, Poland and Estonia agreed to conduct the simultaneous raid when they met in late October.
