Saturday will pass without precipitation, the sky will clear, more sun will be seen in northern and central Kurzeme, as well as in Vidzeme, and less in the south of the country.
There will occasionally be rain across the country on Sunday, as well as hail and wet snow.
Moderate southwesterly winds will blow.
Saturday will be warmer - minimum overnight air temperature +1 C to +5 C, maximum daily to +6 C to +10 C, on the coast +4 C to +5 C. Overnight on Sunday temperatures will slide to -2 C to +3 C and during the day will range from +2 to +3 C on the coast to +7 C to +8 C in Latgale.
Temperatures will be similar to Sunday at the start of next week, but warmer air mass will pour into our region in the second half of the week. Current forecasts tend to suggest warm and sunny weather, if not all of the Easter holidays, then at least some of them. Temperatures will surpass the 15-degree mark in many places.
