Both allegedly organized the criminal offense, on suspicion of exceeding his official authority for greedy purposes.
The IDB carried out procedural actions in several real estate units and vehicles in the criminal proceedings. During the investigation, objects that may be related to the offense were found and seized.
Both persons have been recognized as suspects and remanded in custody.
