One of the last independent publishers which suspended its activities in Russia was the influential newspaper Novaya Gazeta. The paper has found a new outlet, a new homepage novayagazeta.eu, based partially in Latvia. The chief editor, Kirill Martynov, told Latvian radio about the new plans and vision.
