Despite the loss of the broadcast license of Riga-based independent Russian TV channel "TV Rain" (Дождь/Dozhdj), the Latvian Office of Citizenship and Migration Affairs (PMLP) has decided not to cancel the employment visas of TV Rain employees, reported Latvian Television on December 28.
