Latvia makes it three wins in a row against Moldova

The Latvian national soccer team beat Moldova 4:2 away from home on June 10, makig it three wins from three in the UEFA Nations League group D.

Following on from wins at hoeme against Andorra (3:0) and Liechtenstein (1:0) it puts Latvia at the dizzy heights of the top of the table and increases their hopes of eventually winning promotion to the next tier up of European football.

The next match is on June 14, away to Liechtenstein, after which their will be a pause until September for the remaining group games.
