On Wednesday, January 10, it was reported that a total of seven out of 17 electric trains had experienced technical problems.
This week, the company has received far fewer claims for refunds in cases of delays or cancellations. Since Monday, January 8, refunds have been sought in four cases, whereas last week it was over fifty.
Vivi said trains have become more accurate this week -- since Monday, only two trains were delayed over 20 minutes. One was due to a broken freight train on the tracks and the other due to a switch error.
Due to train delays, passengers can also use a taxi, later submitting a paycheck to the company Vivi. The most important thing for obtaining direct damages is to keep the train ticket and other documents justifying the amount of compensation claimed.
