Only Vatican remains on Latvia's travel 'green list'

Take note – story published 2 years and 9 months ago

The updated list of epidemiological requirements for arrivals into Latvia from other countries was published on January 14 by the Disease Prevention and Control Center (SPKC), with the Vatican still the only place on the 'green list' of European countries.

The African countries previously on the 'red list' were announced to have been removed earlier in the week, along with testing requirements.

Farther afield destinations including Taiwan, Saudi Arabia, New Zealand, Indonesia, Hong Kong and Macau also have 'green' status.

The classification system rates travel to each country as low (green), high (yellow), or very high risk (red).
